When you enter the infrared chamber, your body absorbs light at specific wavelengths, triggering a process called Photobiomodulation. This stimulates the mitochondria, the powerhouses of your cells, to accelerate ATP production, the energy currency your body uses to heal and perform at its peak. With this surge in cellular energy, your body shifts into a higher gear, repairing tissue faster, recovering more efficiently, and unlocking stronger performance. We use five distinct wavelengths of light, each penetrating different depths to provide specific benefits. Red Light: • 633nm: Stimulates collagen, aids skin healing • 660nm: Reduces inflammation, supports tissue repair Near-Infrared Light: • 810nm: Enhances brain function, improves focus • 850nm: Eases muscle pain, speeds healing • 940nm: Boosts circulation, improves muscle recovery For optimal results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, with each session lasting 12 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
You will be instructed prior to you first session on how to utilize the equipment. Should you not understand please do make us aware so we can offer assistance. The appropriate dress depends on your treatment please adhere to this protocol for hygienic reasons Please silence your phone when entering the studio. Your appointment will commence on time, please ensure you arrive 5 minutes early to prepare accordingly. Payments for sessions must be made in advance. Please do so via our website or APP to ensure your booking is made. Purchasing a package does not mean you have made an appointment - please check your booking history to ensure you have booked your slot or contact us for assistance. My cercle has a 6 hour cancellation policy Late cancellations and/or no shows will be charged in full for that session. We do not offer refunds on any purchase. Sessions are not transferrable to any other person.
