Relax in our Contrast Suite, where the deep, soothing heat of our infrared sauna meets the invigorating chill of an ice bath, a powerful combination that amplifies the benefits of both treatments. Our Infrared sauna is kept at a lower 65 degrees Celsius for that deeper, longer sweat. Start in the sauna, where far-infrared wavelengths gently raise your core temperature, boost circulation, and melt away stress - making the transition into cold water smoother and less shocking to your system. Then, the shift to cold activates your body’s recovery pathways more deeply than either could alone. And here’s what makes it even better: you can bring someone with you at no extra cost, because recovery feels better together. The 1 hour session gives you ample time to cycle between the infrared sauna (15-20min) and ice bath (3-6) minutes.
Cancellation Policy
You will be instructed prior to you first session on how to utilize the equipment. Should you not understand please do make us aware so we can offer assistance. The appropriate dress depends on your treatment please adhere to this protocol for hygienic reasons Please silence your phone when entering the studio. Your appointment will commence on time, please ensure you arrive 5 minutes early to prepare accordingly. Payments for sessions must be made in advance. Please do so via our website or APP to ensure your booking is made. Purchasing a package does not mean you have made an appointment - please check your booking history to ensure you have booked your slot or contact us for assistance. My cercle has a 6 hour cancellation policy Late cancellations and/or no shows will be charged in full for that session. We do not offer refunds on any purchase. Sessions are not transferrable to any other person.
